Victoria 3 The Great Wave is a grand strategy expansion focused on politics, industrial growth, diplomacy, and social change during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Players manage nations by controlling economies, passing laws, handling population demands, expanding industries, and dealing with international conflicts across a detailed historical world map.
